Being the premier VIP hosting service in South Beach, we get a lot of requests for a lot of things from a lot of different clients. Generally, this would be a good thing for a company like SoBeVIPs. It keeps us busy, it keeps the clients coming, and it keeps the business growing. The problem is we are a company that prides ourself on our reputation with our clients and base our service on a mutual respect we've built up over the years with the clubs, and every once in a while we come across a door guy who is a little too cool for his own good, and we run into a problem. You see, at the wrong places in South Beach your coolness is based directly on what you spend. The door guys at these places are there for one reason, to open your wallet, empty it out, and give it back. There is not a cool vibe at their club, nor is there a reason you should be there in the first place. They exist only on hype, and because of this the superiority complex they exhibit is not only unfounded but downright comic.

So, when we get a request for one of these places, we'll do it because that's what we do. We take people where they want to go. We don't like it, but we do it. Take Suite for example. They have a PR frieght train chugging through the pages of the gossip rags and they milk it like a two ton cow. They hold a line all night, but as soon as a limo full of 4o somethings roll up out front with a reservation for two dozen bottles, in they go. Seeing this is a wake up call to the responsible clubber, and should let you know what this place is all about. This is not a stab at Suite, honestly, to each their own. I've been there certain nights and I've had a fine time, but it must be pointed out that the lack of respect you get there on any given night makes this place a serious waste of time.

We appreciate and nurture our relationships with clubs so that we can provide the absolute best services available in South Beach. It is unfortunate that some doormen feel the need to go out of their way to express how shallow their so-called 'hotspot' really is.
